In Kentucky, 3d infant dies of whooping cough. The infant was unvaccinated. KY has seen at least 566 cases this year.
More than 25,000 cases of whooping cough have been reported in the USA so far in 2025.

Now is the time to think. As your patients lose their health insurance, what will you do? Will you give them a significant discount? Allow them to pay over time? To whom will you refer them for care with community health centers being unfunded/closed? How will you change them to cheaper Rxs?
