Over here from the other side. Expert on my upstairs neighbours, despite not wanting to be. Not an expert on anything else.
The leak from the flat above has started up again. I've emailed the council because I had to report it to them. It turns out that it's a statutory nuisance if she refuses to fix it.

Estate agents in the UK are known for being somewhat dodgy but I've just read a letter sent to every flat in a block offering a not small amount for a fob to access the building because they're meant to market a property. The block's management have contacted the estate agent.

I'm wearing my Human t-shirt today. I bought mine from Gay Pride Apparel, based in the US. One of the few American companies I will buy from. It's almost a holy garment, since one of the owners is called Jesus.

My mum has a friend whose son does a woo therapy and who refers people to other nonsense therapists. I can understand people feeling desperate when their GP can't help them or they're not recovering quickly. I wish we had actual regulation of alternative therapies in the UK.

To help me eat better and because I've had this weird tiredness for the past few months, I've switched from a veg box to a meal kit. It is easier but I also sometimes get too tired to even cook. But I have found shortcuts for cooking using my pressure cooker and rice cooker with a steamer basket.

I just had a call with a lovely GP. She's sending me for more blood tests before diagnosing me with anything and she will see me face to face next time. The NHS is doing well at my surgery.

I'm meant to be having a phone call with a doctor this afternoon. They're 14 mins late. Will I get a call? If I call to find out, I'll miss the call.

I just opened Spotify and according to what I listen to, I am 23. Ridiculous.

I meant to set an alarm for this morning, but instead I did a Kramer-style alarm. Luckily for me, it was the correct time to wake. I have an appointment that takes an hour to travel to, but I need extra time for getting lost when I get off the bus.

If this is your thing and you'll be in London on Saturday. TfL say: From 08:00 until 21:00, Goswell Road/Aldersgate Street will be closed between Baltic Street and Long Lane/Beech Street (including Carthusian Street from Charterhouse Square, Glasshouse Yard and Fann Street) for filming.

I sent an email on Monday to the accounts dept of the property management, asking for a reply. Of course they haven't replied. They've been sacked anyway with just over 4 weeks before their contract ends. Should have happened a year ago.

Just spent a quick 10 minutes peering into the rabbit hole of companies a dodgy bloke has been involved in, most have closed. A few have been struck off, I assume because they didn't file documents. The other directors seem to be the same for most on the list. One woman was a director for one day.

There was a small child having a very loud meltdown on the bus this morning. Her mum was taking her to nursery school and the kid didn't want anything to help her stop crying. Her father had left for work and she wasn't happy about it.

Rand Paul just posted this letter from the Coast Guard confirming that 1/4 of the boats they stop carry no contraband. The likelihood that Hegseth & Bradley ordered the murder of innocent civilians is very high.

I live on an area of London where the most expensive houses are under £500k (there aren't many in the area) and people can walk around with their mobiles in their hands, using the speaker to talk on the phone. So poorer people who are irritating live in my area.

Palantir, that horrendous US company, has it's tentacles in our NHS and is trying to infiltrate more NHS trusts. Why are we giving vital contracts to America? Our health data should stay in the UK. You can email your local trust to object.

A human from Evri customer service emailed this morning saying they'll deliver my parcel today. I didn't believe her but it looks like they have found it after all. It hasn't arrived yet though.

My skin is itchy because I have none of the good body cream left and Evri seem to have "lost" my parcel, which I had to get delivered because there was none left in the real life shop where I buy it from. So I'll no doubt get a refund and have to find it elsewhere.

Catch 22 for me. Our property management has been fired because they refuse to give us access to our bank statements and annual accounts. I'm worried they have stolen our funds so I have withheld the last 3 months of service charges.

I ordered some skin cream from Superdrug. Not a premium brand, just for my dry skin. My local branch was out of stock and a delivery was the only option. It's gone missing with Evri.

After making an appointment at a hospital for me in a few weeks time, it's just been cancelled with no reason given. Not sure if they won't see me at all or if they will make another appointment.
