Please stop ignoring and belittling the human factors involved in collaboration at scale.

imo it's that everyday-people-who-use-tech are an inconvenient part of the product pipeline that companies need to have in order to get their hands on our personal/behavioral data, etc., which is where the real money is.
Does it feel like tech is ceasing to evolve in ways that are useful to everyday people, and instead functions to control, placate and diminish us?

I’ve often thought that software projects of any reasonable size should employ a librarian to manage documents like a grown-up and not end up with the kindergarten finger paintings we usually end up with.
In case you didn't know, librarians are educated professionals with a master's degree and don't just willy nilly buy any old books for their libraries.

Due to a bunch of injuries, I actually had a lower team value than the Snotlings, which denied him his usual inducements. This threw him off more then I had expected, and his pump wagon only lasted 3 turns without a bribe. 1/n
