We have inflation running hot with rising unemployment. Tariffs are a self-inflicted injury. Common sense tells you forcing American consumers and manufacturers to pay more than before and more than the rest of the world is bad for America.

X rolled out a new feature overnight showing where accounts are based. This network of “Trump-supporting independent women” that claimed to be “real Americans” are based in Thailand.

The photos were stolen from European models & posts pushed pro-Trump lines while targeting Islam and LGBTQ people.

Tariffs “don’t raise prices.”

But now that we’re dropping them, they’ll lower prices. 🤡

Congrats to the Teamsters (especially their awful president) and all the other truckers & freight workers who voted themselves into a "structural goods recession."

In October, truckload freight volumes declined for the fourth consecutive month.

1. "Fascism" is an emotive term, often abused. But it has a real historical meaning, which we should examine dispassionately. What are its main elements?

MAGA keeps saying prices are down and good jobs are plentiful. Neither is true and swing voters aren't buying it.

Sara Eisen saying the economy is great and needs lower interest rates makes no sense. It’s MAGA talking point garbage from @cnbc.com.

Reality. The economy isn’t great and people need interest rate help but inflation is running hot. So the Fed is in a bind. Plus gov data is currently lacking.
