In a bit of a sad funk I've put together a quick feature about how *bleak* the state of gacha preservation is, how the offline versions of these games that publishers do provide are inadequate, and how I hope Octopath Traveler 0 changes the industry (it probably won't)

People don't remember today that "PS3 has no games" was bait to get someone to try listing games in response, and then jump on them when they inevitably listed Japanese games. Japanese games don't count
