Next door has been empty for months (sold STC) and now their smoke alarm low battery warning has been beeping every 30 seconds since Saturday evening. ARRRRGGHHHHHH. (yes I've spoken to the estate/letting agent who promised they would come out today but obviously haven't...🙄)
