I got this one from the definition then checked the wordplay. I often struggle when there are too many options/red herrings for indicators.

We did the Norwegian fjords in August and it was incredible! You must do the skylift in Olden. Go direct through Olden Adventures. There are other wheelchair accessible excursions to do too. DM me if you want to ask anything! We did P&O Iona.

It's been 15 years since I taught A level! I've got both points and I know I need to find the quadratic and integrate between. But I'm struggling to find the quadratic. I have two sim equations but they have three variables (a,b,c). I think I'm missing something obvious - can I have a clue?!
