Russia launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on Kyiv early this morning, hitting residential areas and critical infrastructure. Around 30 residential buildings were damaged across the capital. Police report one killed and 25 injured, including a pregnant woman and a child.

On Russia's main TV channel, chief propagandist Vladimir Solovyov called for all bridges and dams in Kyiv to be destroyed and the city flooded. He then reeled off other cities to be destroyed.
