Our healthcare should not be dependent upon our jobs. Employers should not be able to choose our coverage nor limitations on it. Switching jobs should not mean having to switch medical care. PT vs FT should not mean no medical coverage.

I know the bigger issue here is the president of the United States talking like Paul Sorvino's character in GoodFellas, but I'm struck by the president of the United States *looking* like Paul Sorvino's corpse, which was buried three years ago.

I was playing goalie in a rec league hockey game and some guy winds up from outside of the blue line and the puck was over my shoulder before I could blink. My teammates were laughing and informed me he retired from the NHL two weeks earlier. Staggering difference from us mere mortals.
