ICE is stockpiling arms, including chemical weapons, guided missile warheads and explosive components. The spending dwarfs anything we've ever seen in the agency - a 700% increase.

The President is building an army to attack his own country.

“Is it that the Chief Justice doesn’t accept that the Court is losing credibility on a daily basis; that he thinks the Court doesn’t need that credibility in order to fulfill its intended role in our constitutional system; or that he doesn’t care?”

Me on John Roberts as his Court turns 20 today:
180. The Roberts Court Turns 20
The Supreme Court is much less popular and much more divisive today than it was when John Roberts was sworn in as the 17th Chief Justice on September 29, 2005. And at least much of that is his fault.

In my opinion, the 2nd most important election this November (after CA Redistricting) is the trio of Pennsylvania State Supreme Court retention elections.

Many in PA are unaware, and we need to fix that.

All 3 Justices MUST be retained.

On Tuesday on the hill, Sen. Ron Johnson touted results from an unpublished study commissioned by an anti-vaccine group as showing the risk of childhood vaccines.

I asked why the study hadn't been published of Henry Ford Health, where the author who did not testify worked.

The Coast Guard works for ICE now.

Coast Guard planes previously used for search and rescue have done hundreds of secret ICE flights in recent weeks, including two I watched from a public parking lot near BWI.

We asked them how many workers were laid off, pushed out or left.

They refused to give us numbers.
