I'm surprised that the Republican number is that high! I always wonder exactly who they polled. I have never been polled!

What? Another phoney christian holiday? My Cherokee grandfather was kidnapped from Cherokee family in Muskogee OK and sent thousand miles to Gov. Indian Boarding School in Carlisle PA and confined until 18 yo. Why? Because christian's judged Cherokees as heathens & had right to brainwash children.

Man, this is a real shocker, but it almost seems like she doesn't remotely know what the fuck she's doing and has no right being in this important role?
NYT shows how Bari Weiss really screwed this up.

She didn't attend any of the 5 screenings of the story, which began on Dec. 12.

She only first weighed in on Thursday, and the show incorporated her suggestions.

She then waited until weekend to ask for more edits.

U.S. Citizens: be brave. Come on.
Sean Hecker, Kilmar's attorney, once hailed how much courage it took Kilmar to challenge what DOJ/DHS is doing to him. That stuck with me. Kilmar Abrego is just some guy, vulnerable in a way most of us are not.

But he has taken on Trump and ... thus far at least, prevailed.
"Today’s ruling is a powerful affirmation that the rule of law still matters," Sandoval-Moshenberg said. "The Court made … clear that the govt cannot detain a person indefinitely without legal authority, and that every agency involved must now comply fully and promptly with the Court’s directives."

After Marcelo Gomes da Silva was arrested by ICE on his way to volleyball practice in Milford, he made a promise to the men he shared a cell with: He’d be a voice for immigrants unfairly detained.

DOJ has sued Maine, Oregon, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont for access to its most sensitive voter data.

My firm has moved to intervene in 10 of those cases. We are working on the last 4.

ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

The draft dodging idiot posted a pic of this West Point plaque. It contains these words:

“Our American Code of Military Obedience requires that, should orders and the law ever conflict, our officers must obey the law.”

That is precisely what Senator Mark Kelly told officers to do. #NoSedition
