A requirement that ICE agents ensure courthouse arrests don't clash with state and local laws has been rescinded by the agency. ICE declined to explain what that means for future enforcement.

Carney’s “Strong Borders Act” is disgraceful. Declaring ineligible those present in Canada for over a year before an asylum claim AND making it retroactive to 2020 is a death sentence for vulnerable people on Canadian soil. Trumpian move.
