I know firsthand the dangers of unexploded ordnance, but the sheer amount of UXO in such a small area is going to be devastating for years to come.
The United Nations Mine Action Service estimates between 5% and 10% of Israeli weapons fired into Gaza in the past two years failed to detonate, and unexploded ordnance has killed at least 328 people. n.pr/49U4BOG
