i’m of the view that it would be genuinely idiotic for the white house to invoke the insurrection act if it wants to stay in power. if you are going to call out troops to confront throngs of protesters, you need to be extremely confident that they will obey every order given to them.
"So, when we first hear about the Insurrection Act, it may trigger our alarmism. But better to face it now, before it comes, than learn about it on-the-fly."

I’m in the hospital for a possible stroke. And what’s scarier than the specter of the stroke is the bill I’m going to receive because this hospital isn’t in-network. UHC has assured us twice that since I was admitted through the ER, I would be covered. 🙄 We’ll see. #healthcarereform
