Luckily Ivy's got a job lined up but paychecks don't come in for a bit, so my gfs still need a little help getting groceries if anyone can spare a couple bucks

GLACIER has a few similarities to Face shrine from link's awakening, but the entirety of the little section you hear this in is very zelda inspired, so it wouldn't be surprising.

I knew someone who’s father works/worked for Rockstar, and the stories she would recount of him talking about how much he loved working there always stuck with me.
I’m really hoping for the best for everyone affected, it’s horrible to hear how much seems to have changed in 7 years.

It was:
Rockstar illegally firing union members to stop the studio from unionizing.
it directly contradicts Rockstar’s PR narrative and confirms almost everything that people suspected was going on.
