The longer I work in monthly comics (19 years now!), the clearer it becomes that a huge key to writing on deadline is just MAKING CHOICES. I can spent hours/days/months mulling over possibilities in a story. But to get it done, I have to just PICK SOMETHING and give it a shot and see if it works.

If Bluesky seems dead or low activity on your end it might be that you haven't yet made the most of its design. It's different from Twitter in some key ways so you have to interact differently. I'm writing these tips below from my non-techy perspective, techies please weigh in if I get things wrong:

2) The built-in "Discover new feeds" search bar built into your "Settings" section only shows you feeds that have received 100+ likes. That's rare. Find feeds two other ways: goodfeeds.co and by checking the "Feeds" tab on user profiles.
