Political violence and threats are not the answer.

This is a watershed moment — we can choose to stay silent and live in fear, or we can choose to be loud for peace and compassion.

We must work together to stop this crisis, and it should start from the top with the President.

George Soros doesn’t fund @thenation.com of course. I know that’s hard for JD Vance to understand since billionaires fund his entire existence.

But, anyway, if there *are* billionaires interested in funding us, please call. I really need a new car. :)

If guilty people don't have Due Process rights, then innocent people don't have Due Process rights, because we don't know if they're innocent or guilty until we have a trial or hearing.

It's tough to refer to someone as a criminal if you've given them no due process to determine whether they're a criminal. Like if you get arrested and get a trial and are convicted of 34 felony counts. That's due process. You can call that guy a criminal.

Cory Booker fought his ass off last night.

We have all been yelling “FIGHT, DAMNIT!” But when somebody does, a lot of people are KILLING him in here saying “performative BS”

Pick a lane, folks. What Booker did is what “fighting” from the minority looks like.

We need things to unite behind.

I apologize to all the people it will cost money and the businesses it will hurt.

But it’s the only way for tariffs to be seen for what they are
