I interviewed Skobov for my hippie book, since he was the anarchist part of a hippie commune in Leningrad in late 70s. He was very sharp and very brave. He should have been a Russian Bernie Saunders. Instead he has the honour to have been imprisoned by all Russian regimes of his life time.
Today the 1st Western District Military “Court” in St. Petersburg handed its verdict to Alexander Skobov — a Russian historian, journalist, human rights activist, and Soviet-era political prisoner.

IMO, what Lockheed (and so the US gov.) needs to commit to is to establish a complete set(s) of software support infrastructure for F-35s outside of the USA - for example in the UK and Germany, which would be completely outside of the US control.

IMO, what Lockheed (and so the US gov.) needs to commit to is to establish a complete set(s) of software support infrastructure for F-35s outside of the USA - for example in the UK and Germany, which would be completely outside of the US control.

There is this pervasive idea that Trump doesn’t really mean it, has no real position, and can therefore be steered and manipulated by tactical and diplomatic finesse; or maybe he’s just a businessman looking for a great deal. But that’s all irrelevant here. Clinging to it is just a coping mechanism.
