The Salvation Army has called for naloxone to be made widely available in public places to prevent drug deaths and save lives

Does anyone know if there are any 'letters of comfort' around crack pipes / safer inhalation devices in the UK?
I'd had heard of them in Devon and Cardiff. But I'm hearing now the home office may have withdrawn these? Anyone heard similar?

Can it really be true than only four nhs trusts in England have access to take home naloxone for use on discharge?? That’s extraordinary! Thanks for the presentation Ben.
Too many examples of practices asking ‘Are you registered?’ And if the answer is no that’s the end of the road. Patient could be bleeding to death, no attempt to triage for urgency. Not good enough. #inclusionhealth2025
