Two years ago today PTSD started for me as I was literally spit off of a carwash conveyor belt, over a concrete barrier, down a 15-20 foot embankment and into a creek while in my vehicle. I didn’t know whether I would drown or be electrocuted. The worst part is no accountability was taken. 😭😭😭😭

Everything seems heavy lately and I’m physically, mentally and emotionally struggling to understand all the things….i literally can say that I don’t feel genuinely happy about anything in this climate 😭😭😭😭
