A good concise explanation of the military promotions slowed to a crawl vs these cabinet nominations.
The promotions were forced to go through hearings and individual votes by tuberville. They were still normal majority votes. Vought went through the normal process so nothing more Dems could do. But yes they should deny unanimous consent to everything.

So, the leadership at my company has decided all employees must fall in a normal distribution of performance, meaning half fall below the average, but "that just means they could be contributing more compared to their colleagues"
