To the intellectual community, find terms that fit your research without using the few they have flagged! It is the American way to go around and find the loopholes in the system. This is how they rolled. Let's fight this with intelligence and a research mindset. We are all about finding the gaps!

You can name it what you will - true leaders understand the need to create an inclusive, safe, and equatible culture for their ability to build an innovative agile organization. And those are the only ones that will survive in the ever changing economic environment.
Don’t just say DEI as if it’s a bad word. Spell it out.
Say diversity, which is the lifeblood of American society & culture & innovation.
Say equity, which a just society should pursue.
Say inclusion, because decent people believe in increasing belonging, not isolating people who are different.

You can name it what you will - true leaders understand the need to create an inclusive, safe, and equatible culture for their ability to build an innovative agile organization. And those are the only ones that will survive in the ever changing economic environment.
Racial selection, is the white agenda, "Make America white again" - is a fear that is causing this anti DEI movement and beyond... when one side (unfortunately as it is seen in our great nation) is losing power, has to find ways to gain it back - welcome to 2025.
