An example of how the media says it wrong (they declined to undo the stay, they didn't actually say on the merits that he can't) but an outstanding result nonetheless! It was a full court decision, 6 to 3, Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch dissenting.

And THIS is why I have made a point of grabbing all of the files as soon as they are released and putting them on my private dropbox for Notes from the Front members. And I pay for that private dropbox out of my own pocket, so everyone who gripes about five dollars a month can...well.. go elsewhere.

YES!! COURT ORDERS DHS TO STOP PREVENTING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS FROM ENTERING ICE FACILITIES!
This is already so sweet, and as if it isn’t sweet enough this lawsuit was not only brought by, among others, a member of Congress from Colorado (my state!) as the lead plaintiff, but by *MY* representative!

This is like Trump saying he's going to pardon you for a traffic ticket. She was convicted in a state court of a state crime. He has ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORITY to pardon her, his pardon isn't worth the paper it's written on.
