I love airports. This morning I love the 60+ couple next to me at the bar (6:30 AM local time) ordering double vodka OJs and then debating together whether they should close the tab or keep it open. Spoiler alert: they kept it open. I love that for them.

Connect the dots...

-Tech barons express interest in launching financial transaction apps

-Trump's company announces it will sell a crypto fund

-Trump shutters the CFPB, which recently proposed supervising payment apps the same way as banks

Pure corruption.
Trump’s biggest corruption yet

Let me emphasize: Elon Musk has not been confirmed by Congress. His “department” was never actually enacted. No one other than Trump has given him any authority.

Democrats and any Republicans with a spine need to step in and stop this madness.

Another step towards total take over by Musk/Trump. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for Musk to access this information.
The Trump administration has placed two top security chiefs at USAID on leave after they refused to turn over classified material in restricted areas to Elon Musk’s government-inspection teams, a current and a former U.S. official told The Associated Press on Sunday.

Trump’s tariffs are a tax increase for Minnesota families, plain and simple.

While Trump raises prices, I’m proposing the first sales tax rate cut in our state’s history to help Minnesotans weather the storm.

Why????? why is this access needed?? #republicans #ruiningthiscountry
An unelected billionaire, with no actual Congressional authority or govt experience, has access to Treasury payment systems and sensitive information about millions of Americans who receive Social Security checks, tax refunds, and other payments.

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.

Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice.

But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.

They aren’t firing for a reason.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

NEW: Trump is going to force Americans to pay more for coffee because Colombia refused to accept his deportation flights.

He announces immediate 25% tariffs on all Colombian goods, rising to 50% next week.

Diplomatic bullying of a supposed ally and economic self-harm.
