Lying using "data". They use VAERS data where ANY death around the time of vaccination is reported. After investigation the vast majority are NOT from vaccination. Even if all actually were, prior to vaccination there were 400-500 deaths PER YEAR from measles (Blue circle 1950s).

It appears ACIP Vaccine recommendations are back up along with STI treatment guidelines. I can’t express enough how the dramatic pushback by medical professionals across the political spectrum was that got this information to go back up. That it had to go to that is beyond words

My first thought when I saw this headline…No sh*t captain obvious. However in all seriousness this is the reason we screen EVERY older adult for dementia. It’s not some government/Medicare conspiracy.

The first 2 episodes of The PITT are the most realistic medical drama I’ve seen in a while. So far a pretty good portrayal of how patients actually present & how doctors figure out what’s wrong with them (including misses). Two thumbs up

The first 2 episodes of The PITT are the most realistic medical drama I’ve seen in a while. So far a pretty good portrayal of how patients actually present & how doctors figure out what’s wrong with them (including misses). Two thumbs up

Interesting to see the difference between morbidity & mortality this winter between flu & Covid. In my community of about 1/2 million 2.4 times more hospitalizations from Flu than Covid BUT 2 times more deaths from Covid than flu. Sure looks like per case COVID still more lethal.

These 2 posts together are an excellent illustration of the very strong link between respiratory infections (COVID, flu, etc.) and ALL CAUSE MORTALITY. These infections absolutely push many susceptible individuals over the edge.

Clear as day, immunity is doing the heavy lifting as far as severity reduction. Thus, those at highest risk are those WITHOUT immunity (Babies). In addition to STRONGLY recommending those who are pregnant be vaccinated, countries where young children aren't vaccinated should reconsider.
This is highly concerning. Initially presented with conjunctivitis and typical URI symptoms (like other recent H5N1 cases in USA) BUT then progressed to ARDS. If no animal contact source is identified they really should do serology on ALL potential contacts.
What we know about the H5N1 critically ill teen:
🔹Healthy pt, no preexistings
🔹Unknown infection source
🔹36 contacts tested, all -
🔹Contact with dogs and cats, no farm animals/birds
🔹H5 confirmed, N being confirmed
