As the mother of an autistic boy, I am angered by the stupidity coming out of the US right now. As a scientist, I’m appalled by the statements being made without any scientific evidence.

Need to stress what is happening right now with the NIH. Govt IS NOT “saving” tax payer $$, they are DESTROYING the fundamental infrastructure that takes years to develop. This is absolutely reckless. I called my colleague to discuss a grant proposal on breast cancer. It is going to be shelved.🧪
