OpenAI says it needs to raise boatloads more cash. Still unclear when/if OAI (or Microsoft or Google or Meta or anyone) will see a return on all this investment. No one has created a profitable AI product yet, let alone one that can generate the tens of billions in sales needed to justify the cost.
