Tonight is probably one of the worst mental health crisis in the trans community I've ever seen. It's bleak. So many people are in crisis and I'm scared I'm going to wake up tomorrow and have lost friends.

I will say it feels a bit strange to have Transgender Awareness Week, when those in the US are increasingly aware of us and "media-worthy" issues involving us, and over 50% are at best apathetic about whether we should continue to exist...

i actually dont care how unpopular it is im not willing to compromise on trans kids’ access to life-saving medical care for the sake of coddling cis people’s fragile egos. to do so would be, y’know, morally abominable
every person uttering a variation of "ya know, getting upset at us and not being willing to compromise about trans kids isn't really drawing people to your cause" should be taken in a shoddily-made sub down to the titanic
