Seems very tribal-and kinda racist in that it's implied jews shouldn't vote for better policy because that candidate is muslim? People were sick of being squeezed tighter and tighter by the owner class, what religion someone was had very little to do with it.

Sorry, Rep. Jayapal - Shaheen and Hassan are my Senators and they do a great job. They think that stopping the shutdown this way was necessary, and I believe them.

The reason Democrats can't do anything more than sometimes stall the Republicans before they destroy something is because not enough Democrats were elected to stop them, so embracing a "primary and replace every Dem" strategy which will prob lead to even fewer Dems in Congress seems less than ideal
