In my BMA role we have issued a statement on the increased use of AI in gen practice. Undoubtedly it may have huge benefits going fwd but we urge caution at moment & will work with NHS England & govt to roll this out safely for GPs & our patients

Thank you @nationaltrust.org.uk Seaton Delaval for lovely sunny day with friend and her 9 year old - we all enjoyed the Easter trail, & the reception staff were LOVELY, & the cafe staff were LOVELY, & the ice cream staff were LOVELY, and volunteer in the hall gave us a LOVELY review of the history ❤️

When I started out as a junior doctor in the 1980s, it was quite common to bring people back after discharge to check on their progress.

They came back to the “SHO” clinic a week or two later. This practice is uncommon now so I was interested to read this snippet in the @bmj.com.
