Your period isn’t just about fertility—it’s a monthly check-in with your health. 🩸 Painful periods? Heavy flow? Irregular cycles? They’re not just inconveniences—they’re messages. Let’s decode them: 👇

UK doctors discussing the (successful) Assisted Dying vote sometimes seem to have a narrow view of physical pain as the only measure of suffering- quite a contrast to a holistic view of health. Absence of physical pain isn't the only thing that makes life worth living.

Infertility is not my fault

Mindful eating is intentional eating. I don’t want to think about food, I just want to eat what makes me happy. But I have to consider how my “want” will affect my body, my mood, my fertility, and my overall health

I hate the label of #Infertility

it’s so finite and dismissive.

It ignores the fact that there is probably an underlying cause and the infertility is a symptom of another problem .. it makes the problem about YOU instead of focused on healing

Taking care of your health is the ultimate form of self-love. #womenshealth matters—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Prioritize your well-being, listen to your body, and make time for self-care. When you feel strong, you can achieve anything!

This is true: in Poland, harsh abortion laws and the deaths of women denied care led to a drop in pregnancies
Poland is our Christmas future. Look what else happened after the near total abortion of 21: now only a 1/3 of women state they want to EVER get pregnant. If their goal is more babies, they have it all wrong

notesfrompoland.com/2023/01/12/u...
Under a third of Polish women aged 18-45 planning to have children
Among women aged 18 and 45, only 32% say they are planning to have children, down from 41% in 2017.

This is ridiculous
Georgetown Law told a pregnant student due amid exams that she has to take her final with everyone else, because accommodation would be “inequitable” to “non-birthing” peers.

They suggested she bring her newborn to campus as she does her exam.

“Motherhood is not for the faint of heart,” they said.
