I am not awake at all. Nearly sliced my fingers three times making this sandwich. And yes, it is the roast pork from a couple of weeks ago! 🍽️🍜 It’s a challenge to stretch the grocery budget and still eat well, but one that I accept as necessary. Buy local. Buy bulk. Hang in there.

1.5oz Gin, 1oz Cynar, 3/4oz Lychee Mint syrup (homemade)- Garnish with mint. So Good! Anyone have a good name for it? My syrup was 10 muddled Lychee, boil in water, strain- 1.5x sugar- 3 sprigs of mint, boil and strain. #Cheers #Cocktail 🍸 🍽️
In foreground its a cocktail of Gin, Cynar and Lychee Mint Syrup garnished with Mint. Background right is my homemade Lychee syrup- Muddle then Boil 10 lychees, strain, add 1.5x Sugar and mint- heat to desolve and strain. On the left is my stirring glass because this one is stirred.
