"On Tyranny" is a #1 NYT bestseller again. I wish the moment were different. But I’m glad the book is useful. And grateful for all the kind words about putting the 20 lessons to work.

I may be the only lawyer targeted by Trump willing to speak on camera, but for me it wasn't a choice. All of us have an obligation to speak out against what Trump is doing. All of us have an obligation to fight for democracy. I am fortunate to be a lawyer and to have a platform -- and I will use it.

Trump’s remark on May 4 about not knowing whether he needs to “uphold the Constitution” comes just a little more than 100 days after he swore an oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." That’s saying the quiet part out loud.

He stood there on Jan 20 and falsely mouthed the words to protect and defend our Constitution.

Asked now on Meet the Press if he thinks he needs to uphold the Constitution, he says, “I don’t know.”

Translation: No.

Woe to America and the utter failure of putting this man back in our Oval Office.

Because it needs to be repeated, the January 6 insurrection was a violent terrorist attack that was incited by the orange convicted felon, orchestrated and funded by the fascist Republican cult, normalized by the MSM and initiated by MAGA lunatics. I’ll never forget it.

Two former Wells Fargo executives were fined $8.5M by the Biden administration for covering up the bank's infamous fake account scandal.

Trump just slashed those fines to a paltry $150,000 after Wells Fargo gave $1M to his inauguration.

See how this works?

The White House Easter Egg Roll is sponsored by Amazon, Google, and Meta — who are all being sued by the federal government for antitrust violations.

It's the first time the event has had corporate sponsors.

Everything is for sale under Trump — and Big Tech wants to cash in.

And Thom Tillis, up for reelection in 2026, was the key vote to confirm Hegseth along with Joni Ernst. Despite the fact that they knew he was unfit, they were afraid of Trump and put their political futures ahead of the country. Now they own every bit of this debacle.
