I let it slip to my goddaughter that Leia was Vader’s daughter while playing with my figures, so the shock in that scene for her was that Luke was Leia’s brother.

It was touch and go there for a while, had to reinstall an entire ribbon cable lock that popped out when I was putting it back together and thought I had torn the bottom panel cable, but she works! USB-C charging on my New Nintendo 3DS XL!

I recall enjoying the 5 episodes of David E Kelly’s “The Wedding Bells” that made it to air before it was pulled off the schedule. I can’t tell you anything that happened in the show, but I remember being disappointed it just stopped happening.
Everyone has a 1-2 season TV show they sorely miss and not enough people knew about that you are always praising the heavens about.

I wasn’t looking forward to sorting through my Star Wars Armada collection to sell it until I realized that I get to rebuild each set from the carefully sorted collection I’d created, so I’ve been having a grand time figuring out which piece of cardboard goes where.

I was in my college’s daily chapel session when someone announced that “a plane crashed into the World Trade Center”. I assumed a private plane went off course & we should pray for the passengers. So I just went about my day. I didn’t have classes that morning, so I hung out at a friend’s house.

Thanks for the memories. I also won’t forget walking out of a movie and finding I’d gained hundreds of followers while I was in there because @tvaziri.com had mentioned the account.
Fifteen years ago, I took it upon myself to recreate/upgrade the lost “What Has Changed” for the Special Edition section of the Star Wars website from 2006. It wasn’t long before I reported back that I had found “a few more” changes that weren’t in the original slideshow.

One of my favorite moments ever in a theater was a benefit screening of STAR WARS a TV station I worked for did back in 1993.
We had to do it early on a Saturday morning, as all the ticket and concession proceeds would go to the Juvenile Diabetes foundation, and this made accounting easier.
