And if my rough math is right, even if it has done what it claims it has still only saved about 6/10ths of a percent.

The extent to which Elon Musk and the tech bros think they’re somehow the first people ever to think about how to run a government is astounding.
This guy’s onto something. We should set up a new branch of government that can set USAID spending levels and investigate if the funds are being spent correctly. We could even have that branch be democratically elected and have wide representation from the entire country.
