You know what I'd do for the State of the Union Response? Take two quick-thinking, young voices in the party -- AOC and Frost? -- and just have them do 10-12 minutes of reaction in Pardon the Interruption format, complete with the screen graphics. Two minutes per topic, six topics, big finish, done.

Just as I predicted, once no other media organization stood with AP (other than issuing statements) this was the next step. And when you bow down to this, there will be another step taken to erode press freedoms. If you don’t fight for your rights, you lose them.

Wow...With this new EO, Trump is turning independent agencies the FTC, FEC, FCC and financial regulators into obedient lap dogs. What this means in practice is that any new rules or policies proposed by these agencies must first receive White House approval.
