Who of you does not "hybernate" their bike during Winter?
I don't. Winters here have gotten mild, and there are enough lovely riding days. I don't ride when there is salt on the roads though. That stuff is nasty and gets everywhere! A downside of owning a tupperware party on two wheels 😅 #motosky

So I'm still improving emotionally, which is good.
I'm reducing my SSRI gradually.
Once I'm done with that, my "journey" starts to get my physical shape back up to what it was years back. Back then I was quite proud of myself. Now I am (and feel like) a slob.
