The time has come for the judiciary to scrap the presumption of regularity. It is yet another outdated norm that we can no longer afford. Those fighting to preserve democracy already face a daunting task without judges reflexively giving Trump the benefit of the doubt.

If somebody came and took your property, and was busy trying to kill you to take even more, getting back the property they took isn’t a “ridiculous request,” it’s the bare minimum. This president is unwilling to push back against RUS. I’m beyond caring why. We aren’t RUS’s bitch, he is. He must go.
