My favourite tool for practicing Japanese is drill books. 日本語パワードリル (Nihongo Power Drill) is one book full of useful practice exercises for the JLPT. There are lots of drill books for all levels.
The key with drill books is to write answers in a notepad so you can go through them multiple times.
