Today’s entry is a dog. As best I can tell, he runs the Carpenter’s Arms in Stroud, England, which is at the top of a very steep hill along the Cotswold Way.
Over two trips, the second this May, we walked all but a few of its 102 miles. It’s mostly pubs and dogs and fields.

I've really enjoyed the fact that my friend who has lived in Canada for 10 years had totally forgotten how much the whiskies up on the top shelf of a Scottish pub can cost. Anyway, thanks for getting in a £46 round. It was lovely.
