I can tell by the octave and veracity of someone's conversation that a person is full of shit. If you're talking about sensitive information loudly and matter-of-factly, you are probably a liar.

I know people who did all the things during pregnancy and have vibrant, thriving children, and people who did none of the things, and children died from random shit like lupus and heart disease. Do researchers need to do a better job? Yes... I think anything for profit needs to be researched.

Why isn't #iyengar yoga bigger than it is... I find it so helpful and refreshing when a teacher breaks down a pose so you don't injure yourself and you know the purpose of a position...
A lot of these yoga classes out here aren't classes at all, they are just group sessions with a facilitator...
