The International Criminal Court is ditching Microsoft Office, saying it’s too dependent on US tech, in favor of Open Desk, a German open source alternative.

The move comes after Microsoft revoked ICC head Karim Khan’s email access when he was sanctioned by the US for the warrant against Netanyahu.

I think there's been a memo in the cabinet WhatsApp group for ministers to make an announcement about using "AI" to solve a problem. Expect an 'AI to prevent trains running late' announcement as soon as Heidi Alexander checks her messages.

These Tech Giants are in lock-step with Trump, happily using him as a battering ram against any overseas regulation that might limit their profits. V hard to see how Prescott can be considered 'independent' in any way if he's working for them.
