What’s happening now in the US is horrible. It’s fascism and causing death and destruction that cannot be tamed down. However, Langston Hughes said in the 1920s that Black folks have been living under fascism for their entire existence in the US. Some of you are being extremely racist by 1/

ICE and Border Patrol officers on Nicollet Avenue on January 24, 2026 deploying large amounts of gas. This follows the shooting death of Minneapolis resident Alex Pretti. Pretti is the 2nd person killed and third person shot by federal agents in Minneapolis this month.

At the end of the day, the Black Lives Matter era was about whether people should be killed in the street, and lots of people decided yeah and put those little blue flags on their cars. It spread to everyone because it stopped for no one.
