Sad tax chat with the MT DOR today. I own a charming little retail space, an old home from 1895. But rich people and speculators have driven up the land costs so much that my property tax bill INCREASED by $10,000 this year. It's $2000/mo just to pay the taxes on a 1000 sq ft space

I was listening to #TalkingHeads' Fear of Music album while cooking tonight, and it really struck me how this album was the bridge from "small" to "big" TH bands. This clip is from the Remain in Light tour, and it sizzles.
