I think the hint of truth in the populism argument is that the Democrats need to get closer to the people. But the solution to that is partyism, not populism. I end up agreeing with him a lot but there are a lot of takes that trigger me and this take in particular is so infuriatingly stupid 😡

I hear a lot of frustration about certain shows "platforming" people. Remember, you're not obligated to watch or listen if you don't want to! It's also worth hearing other opinions and figuring out how to improve. We're not perfect, we don't have all the answers, and we should be open to listening.

recently, I've been seeing alot of clips and "skeets" (can we please come up with a better term), about the idea of platforming. specifically about platforming people with dangerous opinions, and on the left/dem/liberal side i think this is an issue that has led alot to trumps win.
