I get it's probably because of Toronto, but I find it so silly that the Midnight preview event is Northrend themed when Northrend is the expansion afterwards. It would be like if they did "Pandaria Live" for a Cataclysm launch event. =P

I suspect folks are really overestimating how much existing office space is currently being converted to residential (or soon will be) and latest U.S. office market report from Avison Young bears that out.
