I don’t know that Jackson’s going to vote to reverse the Colorado decision, but the fact that she’s raising arguments in good faith in Trump’s favor is an example of why the “conservative” legal movement has a huge structural advantage over liberal judges.

I’m in Iowa and the only political ads I’m seeing are for DeSantis, and they are so so offensive. Only thing that feels good is that he’s setting his donors’ money on fire.
