It's not about "small boats". When Cypriot refugees, including my relatives, fled war and partition* to arrive in the UK via the "proper" channels, the Brits wanted to throw us out too.

Deep breaths!! Trying to remind myself that I'm doing OK, my weight doesn't define me, that I'm loved!!
