I did a deep dive on the NIH/NTP study and the key things to note:
1- Looked at much higher levels of fluoride
2- The absolute decrease in IQ was negligible, ~ 1.13 points
3- No risk-benefit analysis
4- Many studies from countries where other factors like toxic exposures, regulations different
