Very important and little remarked upon. The idea of destroying elite universities comes from Curtis Yarvin who derives it largely from fascist thinker Carl Schmitt. Peter Thiel, JD Vance's mentor and funder, has fully embraced it. Thiel went to Stanford, Vance went to Yale, Yarvin went to Brown.
Malinowski: A couple of years ago, Vance gave a speech.. The title was universities are the enemy. He said explicitly, we cannot achieve anything in this country as a conservative movement unless we aggressively go after the universities. That's what they're doing right now
